2 year anniversary

Two days ago it was exactly 2 years ago I got my first PSA, that was going to change my life forever. I was not sure what the future hold, but I was pretty sure very quickly, that if I had not solved the problem myself before 21. February 2024, then I would have to surrender to the official treatments. This was a conclusion I made after I realized that it never could be first options, given all the adverse events they also offered.

But as I got to the 21. February I changed my mind, something very profound dawned on me. Surrendering to the official options could never be relevant as long as I had other options to explore, that I believed in. This was the early days and the research I did just kept given ideas. I had learned about cannabis and had my hopes op very high for that solution. It did not do it for me, though it was both a very interesting and expensive adventure. I also came across Andreas Kalcker and the idea of using chlorine dioxide. A lot cheaper than cannabis but also quite a bit more cumbersome to work with, and as with cannabis, it lacked the results and I ditched it.

I remember when I saw people posting their supplement regime on Facebook, some with 15-20 different supplements, and I thought it was WAY too much. Complicated, expensive and not needed. Yet now 2 years later I am even worse. It was a step by step process, where I found new things that looked promising, and then it was added. Buying bulk meant that most was very cheap, and I made my own capsules. But it did grow too much, and at the time of this writing my list of supplements is at more than 40 different supplements. This realization has led me towards an idea a friend of mine gave me a few months ago. Cut out all supplements for a month, and see what difference it would make. This idea would be aligned very well with the response I always give, when somebody asks for advice about supplements. That it is secondary, that the primary will always be the core health. Now I get to prove it. I have documented 2 years in great details what I have done, so the effect of no supplements will be very visible, even if the result is no change in the PSA, it will be a huge finding.

So, I might celebrate these 2 successful years with a very interesting test in September. More on that when I get there.
