The past few months I have had the best intention to reduce the amount of supplements I was taking, and instead focus more on the more natural ways of healing. But continuous research had me down a path I like more, now when I am already at it. Focus on Natural Killer cells and T-cells, in combination with focus on Cancer Stem Cells. I did not know I could focus on those aspects with natural products, and it definitely has to be explored. To give an overview I have made the list below.
The really exciting new elements are among other things AHCC, Niclosamide, Naltrexone, better formulation for Vitamin D3 and then I am SOO excited about learning about Matcha tea. I have been what some might call a fanatic cafe and coffee connoisseur, and I have been so for the past 32 years. But now I have changed my latte with a hot Matcha. Not only is it very tasty, better than coffee in fact, but it is also super health with high content of EGCG.
Your supplement list is impressive. Saw palmetto will raise your PSA numbers though. You should stop it at least 3 days ahead.
I was taking milk thistle and dandelion, but was told neither was good for PC. Have you heard that? I’m not sure what to do now.
Hi Robert
Yes, the list is big, and I remember when I saw somebody posting a similar list a couple of years ago I thought it was too complicated and extensive. But one step at the time and it just grew. I have never heard that Saw Palmetto should raise the PSA, to the contrary in fact, because it has properties that blocks the androgen receptors. I had to look into it when you mentioned milk thistle and dandelion, soooo much information, but I never start anything without proper research, so that they were not good for PC did not make sense. According to AI, that I do use a lot, then both has got good properties against PC, in particular milk thistle. It might not be the best for women and breat cancer because of estrogen but for PC it is really good it seems.
