I never meant to have many things on my supplement list, and I have tried seriously to reduce it. Not only because I believe that the body can heal itself, but also because I do not have unlimited resources in terms of money. So it had to come to an end. But lately I realized that I might have done this slightly wrong. I have had 100% focus on physical and mental health from a general perspective, and based on the philosophy that the body will always know better when it comes to fighting cancer, than I will be, my focus has been overall health. But now I realized I can actually target specific parts of the immune response and specific parts of the cancer, in this case the Cancer Stem Cells (CSC), which are the ones that causes trouble down stream when men are on Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT). And I just can not pass the opportunity up, so my supplement list just grew for June. I have tried to make an overview easy to follow, should anybody find it interesting to copy some of it.

First group before the grey area is either up to me whenever I like to take it, tea is obviously not that strict on diets, and it is my breakfast and NAC that has to be taken on empty stomach. This is then followed by the group in grey, which is all supplements for the morning with fatty food or Cod Liver Oil as I take anyway. Next block is also for morning, but these supplements are divided into both morning and afternoon. Last grey is only afternoon, and then Serrapeptase that I usually take in the night when I go for a toilet visit. DMSO mix I take during the day whenever it suits me, usually after my run in the afternoon. Guaranteed empty stomach.
