I have lately gotten some push back for my protocol that started out with 100,000 IU Vitamin D3, later reduced to 50,000 IU and now finally landed on 25,000 IU. Official recommendations are only 400-800 IU and as such my numbers scare certain people. I am not here to say what is right and what is wrong for others, but I apply simple logic, as I do to most of the things I do, in order to make sense of all the different contradicting information that is out there. 400-800 IU equates to about 2-4 minutes of sunlight, it is ridiculous low amount and in my optics waste of money. Fear is among other things kidney stones, and of course one has to take Vitamin D3 along with both Vitamin K2, Zinc and magnesium. But I have yet to hear anybody getting kidney stone from staying in the sun for 1 hour and 40 minutes, and that is what my current dose of, 25,000 IU equate to. I am also following the advice of a person known as Dr. Eric Berg, very well known for his expertise within nutrition and health. He has posted this attached file for people to use as a guide.
