Recap of June before the PSA-test

We are closing in on the next PSA test, and as always I am getting little anxious. Does it work what I have done so far? And if so, how much? And what if it does not work? What then? Mind is racing, but I know I have done well, and I know how I feel. I feel fantastic.

But lets look at the month before we get the verdict. I decided to give the supplements a helping hand with a lot of running, and planned to do so with at least 5 km each day. But after 22 days my left calve acted up. It got stone hard and it was painful. Could hardly walk. Had to take a day off and the second day I decided only to do a 5 km hike. Disappointed is the right word, but health is primary focus so had to take a break. Around the 20.th I also felt like a surge in testosterone levels and it resulted in the slowest urine flow in the night to date. It only lasts until I get up in the morning, so it never really have me worried, but there seems to be a pattern. At the time of this writing all is good again. 2 visit to the toilet a night, flow is good, no big urgency.

It is also the month where I experienced my lymph node swollen to an extend never seen before in my pelvic area. It did have me worried for a while, but decided to conclude it must be because of my extra focus on supplements and running, that has the lymph node working harder. I seems I was right, all is good again.

So what was special about the supplements in June? I focused particularly at natural killer cells (NK-cells) and T-cells. In addition to that I focused on Cancer Stem Cells (CSC) and was fortunate enough to have one supplement that even targeted Androgen Receptors. So, contrary to previous focus, that was at each supplement for their specific properties in relation to cancer, then I this month got scientific and more specific. Further more I finally got a routine going where I had my supplements with fatty food. Not a problem since I am on a carnivore like diet, but usually I just divided the supplements into 2 portions, morning and evening, and when convenient I took it. Now it always happened with fatty food, mostly a lot of butter for better absorption.

So, I am very excited to see what the result will be Monday 30. June. The blood tests I am doing has been a bit of a puzzle, because it has been extended, but not at much as I liked. Simply too expensive. But I managed to make a package that I believe will do well to track progress. I have attached the planned tests below along with the prices for those who might be interested. The blood tests marked with grey are the new ones. LDH I already did for the first time last month. All the prices are in Thai Baht.
