After I had my latest blood work done, I am very optimistic. Things are moving in the right direction, and while I was a bit nervous that my extensive supplement protocol would impair my immune system and maybe strain my organs too much, it seems that apart from my bilirubin numbers, all is actually just perfect. So I will continue with the same amount, but running out of various supplements, without money to buy new, forces me to make changes. I have decided to take these forced changes as a positive thing, because in order to be ahead for the cancer, I need to shake up things every now and then. And running out of supplements is just a perfect opportunity to do just that.
So the supplements that I have run out of is serrapeptase, that I usually take in the night time on empty stomach, to rid myself of dead cancer cells. I sometime take activated charcoal as a binder to flush it all out. I also ran out of Cod Liver Oil, it is crazy expensive. It is a good source of omega 3 and vitamin D, but I am supplementing with 25000 IU of vitamin D already, so the loss there does not exist. Omega 3 I can get from eating fatty fish like mackerel, which I love anyway. In particular with my homemade mayonnaise. Final supplement that I no longer have, and I have only used it for a month, is Beta Glucans AHCC. If I was to go all in on that it would cost me about 14000 baht a month, which is an insane amount of money. So, I do not hope it was a cornerstone in my protocol for June. I might down stream opt for a regular version of the Beta Glucans, but we will see in due time.
So what do I replace this with? Something very interesting. I suspect my low water pressure at night is a matter of BPH and it in turn might also be a reason for my bilirubin numbers being a bit elevated. So, I have picked up again on Stinging Nettle Root extract that I discontinued a few months ago, because I felt I had too many things in my protocol, but it is good for BPH. I have also just ordered Dandelion Root extract, which shows promise, so when I get that next week, it will be added. I had a few months where I was chewing down on apricot kernels for the vitamin B17 value, but got tired of it and did not really see any results so stopped. But since I have started to make my own beet root / avocado smoothie in my nutri bullet, I decided to pick up on that again and then just add the kernels to the blender. Easy way to get what I need. Besides, research seems to indicate that more fiber in my diet would mitigate the bilirubin issue. Do not really trust that too much, I am not a fan of too much fiber on a carnivore like diet, but I will give it a chance. It has good anti cancer properties too.
Final bit is the most important bit, Methylene Blue. I already have “tried” it, but it was the fake stuff I am pretty sure. I should have done the research better before buying, but the real deal is quite expensive. 1 gram is sold for 1700 baht. They do discount as the quantity you buy goes up, and as such I got 10 gram of MB for 4500 on a special sale. But that is still very expensive. The fake version was delivered in a small 1 gram plastic container with no guidance at all. And I paid about 500 baht per gram. My urine never changed color using it. It has been ordered and will be delivered latest on Saturday 5. July, and then the magic starts. I will use it at 100 mg orally every day, once I have worked my way up to that dose, and then I will use it in conjunction with DMSO, Jojoba oil and fresh from the garden Aloe Vera. This will be massaged into the pelvic area for the lymph nodes effected there, and then 30 minutes later I will expose it to red light at 660 NM. This therapy is proven to work and is called Photodynamic Therapy (PDT). Really interested to see how this is going to translate into PSA numbers later.
Apart from those changes I will continue the protocol as it was in June. You can see the list in my June blog post.
