It has been a while since my last update. I grew a bit fatigued in November, and as such many things kind of slipped for me. I did not take my supplements with the same rigor as usual, I did not stay away from sweet as planned, I did not get the exercise I wanted because of the sprained ankle in end October, and I guess the more than 2 years of research and constant focus on health wore me down for a short while. But now I am back, renewed energy and with serious ambitions of entering the new year with fantastic numbers.
Changes has been made to my supplement protocol. I was reluctant to cut down on the supplements because they all serve very specific purposes, and being at stage 4A I was not really keen on playing around with it, given it had proven to work for the past 2 years. But in reality I do not know which of the supplements that really does the trick, and I have also come to believe the effect might to a higher degree stem from placebo effect, than actual direct effect. In the light of this I decided to cut down on the supplements. So for now I am only using following:
- Vitamin D3 – 10,000 IU
- VItamin K2 – 200 mg
- Zinc – 22 mg
- Magnesium L-Treonate – 1,000 mg
- Magnesium Citrate – 500 mg
- Magnesium Glycenate – 350 mg
- Saw Palmetto – 1,600 mg
- Quercetin – 1,000 mg
- Bromelain – 200 mg
- Milt Thistle – 500 mg
- Berberine – 800 mg
- D-Mannose – 1,000 mg
- Omega 3 – 600 mg
- Krill Oil – 500 mg
- Lactoferrin – 1,000 mg
- Luteolin – 100 mg
- Lycopene – 300 mg

This means that things like Ivermectin and Fenbendazole is out, cannot afford it this month, but also all my mushrooms are gone. That being Reishi, Shiitake and Turkey Tail. Black Garlic extract also gone. I do have my infamous smoothie regularly and it will still have following ingredients:
- Raw Beetroot
- Avocado
- Coconut water
- Coconut milk
- Mangosteen powder
- Green tea extract
- Olive oil
- Sesame oil
- Pumpkin seed oil
- Apricot kernels
- Turmeric extract powder
- Monk Fruit sweetener
- 1 whole squeezed lime
This is a very tasty and very healthy smoothie aimed specifically at prostate health and cancer fighting properties. It does also mean that my supplement list in all reality isn’t reduced that much, but this is how far I am willing to go at this point.
I have also added a hydrogen water bottle to my daily routine, drinking about 600 ml hydrogen rich water a day. It is 3 times a day. I have also implemented hydrogen inhalation in conjunction with my evening breathing meditation. This should give up to 100 x more hydrogen absorption as compared to consuming water. It goes straight from the lungs into the blood stream and does not have to pass through the digestive system first.

Of other initiatives can be mentioned more consistent exposure to the morning sun and grounding. I use the work in the tapioca field getting rid of weed, to get some sun and get my feet in the ground. 1 hour minimum a day. I have also started to run again, though I do have to take it easy, my ankle is not fully recovered. Furthermore, I will make a more serious effort to stay off sweets and keep up the intermitted fasting.

The bio numbers have not been good in November. HRV went from almost 66 in average in September to 60 in October and 52 in November. Resting heart rate went from 40.57 to 41.68 and then in November at 44.70. Not happy about that. Stress levels saw similar downhill trend with 24.33 to 28.10 and in November 31.17. Those are key numbers I focus a lot on, so I have to change it in a positive direction in December. A strong body fight diseases better, and high stress levels are counterproductive.
